Account Verification (KYC)

Account Closure

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all supported payment methods.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your kacino BDT balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• kacino does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all supported payment methods.
